We create top-quality plastic injection molded parts. Because this is only possible with precise tools, we manufacture them in our in-house tool shop. This means we are fast, flexible and always ready to deliver the best. Regardless of whether it’s contract work or a large series project. We are also very well networked and procure the best tools internationally.

  • Each tool is unique. That is why we ensure consistently high quality for our tools. This ensures that we can also produce consistently high quality in the series production process.

  • We get the maximum output from every mold. If a particularly high output is required, we build stack molds. With two cavities on different levels, twice as many parts are molded with the same clamping force.

  • We provide tools with wear-resistant coatings. This enables us to reduce downtimes and increase the service life and life cycle of our tools – even with difficult production processes and demanding materials with a high glass fiber content.

  • Plastic parts with a piano lacquer look, without a weld line, with folded cores or virtually no draft angles? Special tools are needed. It’s a good thing that we understand plastic in its entirety! We design tools that make it easy to produce even the most demanding items.

Our path to the best
tools

1. tool design

We design injection molds with Siemens NX and a lot of experience. We already carry out initial filling and warpage simulations. Because we can only achieve optimum results by interlinking toolmaking, development and sampling so closely.

We also react quickly to changes or optimizations to CAD data sets according to your wishes during series production.

2. internal tool production

Flexible & fast

With our standardized and automated processes, we manufacture injection moulds up to 900 x 900 mm and a total weight of up to 6 tons. And thanks to our Siemens NX system, we are pretty fast at it.

With a high level of vertical integration
There is (almost) nothing we cannot do ourselves:

  • 3- and 5-axis milling
  • Wire and die-sinking erosion
  • Surface grinding
  • Deep hole drilling
  • Blasting of structured surfaces
  • Function test of sensors, hot runner and cooling system
  • Surface testing and hardness testing
  • 3D coordinate measurement in our own measuring room

No matter what requirements you have for a tool, we can implement them. From 2K (transfer, index and rotary table technology) to high-temperature tools for high-performance plastics (e.g. Grivory) and conformal cooling to energy-saving concepts.

3. sampling for series production

We carry out functional and process sampling on the planned series machine and document it. We then ensure the usual high quality of our tools in our certified measuring room. To do this, we check the internal component dimensions very precisely using our 3D measurement technology.

Is everything as planned? Then we create a sampling report. And hand over the tool to production.

4. extensive tool services

We also provide you with comprehensive support after the design and construction of injection molds:

  • Implementing change requests
  • Revisions
  • Maintenance (servicing & repair)
  • Production of devices, gauges and robot handling systems
  • Spare parts production and stocking

Do you have a workpiece that needs to be machined? Or a tool that needs to be serviced or repaired? We’ll take care of it! With the usual brill+adloff know-how. Quickly, reliably, precisely and in a high-quality and cooperative partnership.

We arrange a transport appointment so that we can take a close look at your workpiece or tool. We check whether we can process, maintain or repair it as required. And you get our cost estimate.
