We want to get the best out of every project. And that’s why we don’t simply produce blindly according to specifications. Because we want to understand projects in their entirety. What function should an item fulfill? Will it be visible later? Are there any components that are not made of plastic? What function do they fulfill? This is the only way we can really make full use of our wealth of experience and find the best solutions.

We check wall thicknesses, material selection, geometry and tolerances very carefully. And match them to the article requirements. In this way, we manage to keep costs as low as possible with better solutions and use resources sustainably. A real win-win-win situation.

We use our CADMOULD software to simulate injection molding processes and plan the ideal component design and the most intelligent tool concept for a project at an early stage. We also like to think out of the box. And find solutions for products that make the difference. We test and optimize initial 3D models. This not only saves time and money, but also leads to better results. Pretty smart, isn’t it?

We find the right material for every project. Our portfolio includes a wide range of virgin plastics as well as recycled and regranulated materials. And we are not afraid to try out something completely new and inject newly developed plastics. Because what counts for us is the best possible results. The way to achieve this can sometimes be unknown and determined by experiments.

A project requires dimensions or forces that our machinery cannot deliver despite its 25 to 650 tons? No problem! We’ll get you a suitable machine and make your projects possible.

With our own plastic mill, we can grind sprues, start-up parts or rejects. This allows us to produce our own regrind and feed it back into the process. We can already take this into account in the consultation and thus save even more costs and resources.
