The classic injection molding of all thermoplastics with one material component. We produce simple to highly complex geometries in a single operation. And produce plastic parts up to 2,000 ps/g. Always according to the individual requirements of the articles.

Whether multi-color, multi-material or assembly injection moulding with in-mold assembly (IMA). In multi-component injection molding, we can easily combine different colors and materials in one part or create assemblies with moving parts in a single work step.

Does a plastic part need to be particularly temperature or weather resistant or provide good electrical or thermal insulation? Then our HT injection molding process is the right choice. We use special plastics and tools. Because we inject between 150 °C and 260 °C. And not everyone can do that.

We overmold a wide variety of components with plastic in a fully automated process. We call this insert technology. And this is how we create reliable connections between components.

The advantage: we can also create complex parts in just one work step. And best of all, we can combine the properties of the individual components. This technology is ideal for threaded bushes, ball bearings, sheet metal carriers or electronics, for example.

We have several options for creating beautiful surfaces:

Pad printing

Our most important process. Almost any motif is possible. We also print evenly on curved components using a malleable silicone rubber pad. And thanks to the silicone oil in the pad, we achieve an ink transfer of almost 100%.

Screen printing

Our all-rounder. Flat or shaped materials, on a few centimeters or several meters? Everything is possible. With paint application and paint layer thickness as required.

Varnishing

The automotive industry in particular relies on lightweight plastic parts in the same colors as the metal parts. The focus here is on aesthetics. Nevertheless, know-how is required. Because not all plastics are compatible with every paint.

Water transfer process

Now it’s full-surface. All shapes, all paintable materials. Printed with a decor over the entire surface.

Film back injection molding

Perfect for curved parts with symbols, transmitted light technology and multi-colored flat decorations (e.g. carbon or burl wood design). We place decorated semi-finished film parts in our injection molding tool and produce finished decorated components.

Aluminum back injection

Ideal for saving costs and weight. And without limits in design. We back-inject a thin metal foil (up to 0.4 mm thick) with plastic. Because the metal foil forms the surface of the component, we combine the look and feel of metal with the light weight of plastic.

After injection, we use nitrogen to create a cavity in the molded part. We keep the gas pressure constant until the plastic has solidified. This allows us to press the material optimally into the mold. And create high rigidity through larger cross-sections and optimum surfaces. This not only gives us a great deal of freedom in design, but also saves material.

By the way: we also pay attention to sustainability here. Because we obtain the nitrogen from the ambient air in our production facility.

A popular alternative. Economical and ecological. Wood fiber-reinforced materials offer a number of advantages: they are particularly light, resistant to weathering, have a low tendency to splinter and offer very good acoustic damping.

We heat our tools quickly and in places. Either with inductors located in the molds or mounted on the outside of the mold. This allows us to influence how the plastic flows. And optimize the quality of the surfaces of our injection-moulded parts.

The special feature: We can create matt gloss impressions on structured surfaces to avoid visible weld lines.

Our process for particularly high demands on joining technology. We join one or more thermoplastic materials together using internal friction. And we do this quickly, reliably, with high quality, strength and exact reproducibility.

Once we have produced an assembly, we mount and assemble it. All processes are interlinked and costs are reduced.
