We carry out a warpage simulation with CADMOULD for every part. This allows us to see where errors could occur during production even before the first part is molded. And adapt our design or the tool. In this way, we effectively improve our results.

With feasibility and cost-effectiveness in mind, we check and define the necessary tolerance ranges. And produce or support technical article designations.

We use all our expertise to analyze and evaluate all product features. And use a traffic light system to show where we still see potential. As soon as we have jointly determined the best route and we can give the green light everywhere, the project can really take off.

We want items to be easy to produce and cost-effective. Without compromising on the article properties. That’s why we advise on the selection of plastics and article features.

We use Siemens NX and Pro-Engineer to create CAD files. We can also measure article coordinates in 3D. This allows us to keep an eye on even the smallest details.

When forces and flows need to be calculated, we work closely with our partners for FEM and CFD methods. The results flow seamlessly into the development and optimization of parts.

We produce article prototypes in our 3D printers and create prototype tools. This allows us to test our concepts thoroughly before we go into series production.

Simple plastic items, hybrid solutions or complex assemblies? Makes no difference to us. We develop holistic and economical production concepts including specifications, but an ageing test or UV stability tests can also be included.

With us, everything is in-house. This is because we also develop and design devices (e.g. assembly and measuring devices), production cells and query stations ourselves.
