6 steps to your
job at brill+adloff

So that you know exactly how we select our new team members.

You apply

Once you have found a position that interests you, you can simply apply from there with your cover letter and CV.

 

Alternatively, we also offer the coffee break to your dream job. Simply arrange a coffee break with Larissa and apply directly in person. Without a cover letter and CV.

We take a look at your documents

Have you sent your application? Then you will receive confirmation that everything went well. We’ll take a close look at your cover letter and CV to see if you’re a good fit for the position you want.

We will contact you

Hi! brill+adloff here. We’ll get back to you after 2 weeks at the latest. If you have convinced us, we will invite you to an initial interview.

We get to know each other

You meet with Larissa or Sara at brill+adloff to get to know each other. You will go through a questionnaire together to record your expectations. Of course, the appointment is also there for you to get to know each other.

You get to know the company

If we get along well on a personal level and the expectations are right for everyone, we will invite you to join us a second time. You will get to know your potential team and we will take a look at the company together.

You get an offer

We are convinced that you are a good fit for the team and your desired position and you are too? Great! Then you’ll receive a development plan from us. This will show you what your first 18 months with us will look like – salary development, training, feedback meetings.
