6 steps to your
job at brill+adloff

So that you know exactly how we select our new team members.

You apply

Once you have found a position that interests you, you can simply apply from there with your cover letter and CV.

 

Alternatively, we also offer the coffee break to your dream job. Simply arrange a coffee break with Larissa and apply directly in person. Without a cover letter and CV.

We take a look at your documents

Have you sent your application? Then you will receive confirmation that everything went well. We’ll take a close look at your cover letter and CV to see if you’re a good fit for the position you want.

We will contact you

Hi! brill+adloff here. We’ll get back to you after 2 weeks at the latest. If you have convinced us, we will invite you to an initial interview.

We get to know each other

You meet with Larissa or Sara at brill+adloff to get to know each other. You will go through a questionnaire together to record your expectations. Of course, the appointment is also there for you to get to know each other.

You get to know the company

If we get along well on a personal level and the expectations are right for everyone, we will invite you to join us a second time. You will get to know your potential team and we will take a look at the company together.

You get an offer

We are convinced that you are a good fit for the team and your desired position and you are too? Great! Then you’ll receive a development plan from us. This will show you what your first 18 months with us will look like – salary development, training, feedback meetings.

Onboarding

Your first time at brill+adloff

 

Every beginning is difficult? Not at brill+adloff! Because we want to make it as pleasant as possible for you. And we’ve thought of something to do just that.

Your first 4 weeks

In your first month, you will have a look at all our departments. You will get to know your colleagues and get a feel for our way of working.

 

Because you are bound to have a few questions at the beginning, you will be assigned a brill+adloff mentor. This means you will always have someone you can talk to if you have any questions, comments or anything else.

Your individual induction

After you have gotten to know brill+adloff in peace and quiet, you will be individually trained.

 

You will get to know your new tasks step by step. We will show you how the machines you work with function. You will become increasingly independent and learn how to implement solutions for our customers as part of a team.

The first conclusion & your job profile

After four weeks, we conduct an initial feedback meeting. Do you like it at brill+adloff? Have you arrived safely? If yes, great, that’s how it should be! If not, no problem, we’ll find a solution together!

 

After the first 3 months, we conduct an appraisal interview. How well is the work going from our and your point of view?

 

After the first 6 months, we will take another look at your assessment and finalize your job description. Together we will work out what your tasks at brill+adloff will be.

Your regular feedback

Depending on the work you do, we hold regular feedback meetings at different intervals. We exchange ideas with each other. What works well? How can we continue to grow beyond ourselves?

 

We hold an appraisal interview every 18 months. We look together to see whether your tasks still suit you. Perhaps you are ready to take on more responsibility or would like to take part in a specific training course or further training?

 

With our regular exchanges, we ensure that you can develop and grow in the way you want to.
