As a student, you have so many opportunities with us. You can experience practice in the way that suits you best.

Internship

Not sure what suits you? Just try it out! You can complete a 1- to 2-week school internship with us to gain an initial insight into our exciting professions. As an alternative to an internship during your school time, you can also come to us during the vacations.

 

During this time, you will get to know our processes and can actively support your colleagues. This will help you find out where your strengths lie.

 

If your internship goes well and you can imagine an apprenticeship with us, this is the ideal start!

Fancy helping out during the vacations to earn money and gain experience when there’s no school? Then we have the right vacation jobs for you. You will help in assembly and support us in sorting, packing and checking parts.

Ready to start your career? If you are already sure that you want to do an apprenticeship, we have a few options for you. We offer four different apprenticeships. In 6 steps you can get from application to graduation. And if you’re not sure which profession suits you best, take our apprenticeship check. Your application

Have you found your dream apprenticeship? Great! We’ll get back to you no later than 14 days after you’ve applied.

 

If your documents have convinced us, we will invite you to take a short application test and get to know you.

Application test & getting to know each other

In the application test, we look at what you can already do and where your strengths lie. We ask you questions about your general knowledge, logical thinking and give you a few math problems. We have prepared a sample test for you so that you can prepare a little.

 

After the test, we’ll sit down with you in a relaxed atmosphere so that you and we can get to know each other a little better.

Contract

If the test goes well and we get on well, you will receive a contract from us shortly.

Your start at brill+adloff

In the first days and weeks of your apprenticeship with us, we will prepare you for your training. You will get to know the entire team and know who can best help you with which questions.

Your training

Depending on your training, various exciting tasks await you over the next 3 to 3.5 years. During this time, you will be fully integrated into our company and will be able to lend a hand. You will complete parts of your practical training at our cooperation partner, LEWA in Attendorn (unless you are training to become an industrial clerk). You will learn the necessary theory at the vocational college in Lennestadt-Altenhundem.

 

Of course, we will be with you the whole time and will be on hand with help and advice should you ever need it. We will do everything we can to ensure that you enjoy your training and are satisfied with your degree.

Congratulations, you’ve made it!

 

What happens now? Gladly with us! You are now a permanent member of the brill+adloff team. And we want it to stay that way. We would be delighted if you see your future with us.
